• Vera AI Assistant Data: Encrypted conversation logs and documents submitted through our chatbot widget.
• Portal Activity: Two-factor authentication credentials, nurse visit notes, and aide assignment sheet inputs.

All electronic data collected via our website, staff portal, or automated onboarding is transmitted over SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption. Sensitive health disclosures and nursing assessment forms remain strictly restricted to assigned care managers and authorized staff with 2-factor authentication.
